Cape May, NJ – The Cape May Jazz Vespers series continues to enrich the local music scene with its monthly concerts, traditionally held on the third Sunday of each month at the Cape May Presbyterian Church.
These events feature a diverse lineup of accomplished jazz musicians, offering audiences an intimate and spiritually uplifting experience.
January Performance: The Paul Jost Quartet
Date: Sunday, January 19, 2025
Time: 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Location: Cape May Presbyterian Church, 500 Hughes St., Cape May, NJ
Admission: $10.00 suggested donation
The January concert will showcase The Paul Jost Quartet, featuring Paul Jost, a renowned vocalist and multi-instrumentalist known for his unique interpretations and original compositions.
February Performance: Behn Gillece

Location: Cape May Presbyterian Church, 500 Hughes St., Cape May, NJ
In February, the series will feature vibraphonist Behn Gillece, acclaimed for his dynamic performances and contributions to the contemporary jazz scene.
About Cape May Jazz Vespers
Established as a monthly concert series, Cape May Jazz Vespers aims to blend the spiritual essence of vespers with the soulful expressions of jazz music. Each concert provides a platform for both emerging and established artists to share their talents with the community.
Venue Information
The concerts are held at the historic Cape May Presbyterian Church, located at 500 Hughes Street in Cape May, NJ. The church offers an intimate setting with excellent acoustics, enhancing the live jazz experience.
Additional Information
Attendees are encouraged to arrive early, as seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. While a $10.00 donation is suggested, all contributions support the continuation of the Jazz Vespers series and its mission to bring quality jazz performances to the Cape May community.
