Today's Weather & Coastal Conditions

Today's forecast calls for partly cloudy skies with a high of 59°F and a low of 50°F in Atlantic City2. As of late afternoon, the temperature is sitting at a cool 51°F7. The ocean might not be ready for swimming with water temperatures at a brisk 40.8°F (expected to rise to 43°F in the coming days), but it's perfect for a refreshing beach stroll. Today's sunrise greeted us at 7:10 am, and the sun will bid farewell at 7:07 pm, giving us nearly 12 hours of daylight to enjoy all the festivities. Wave heights are around 3 feet, making for some nice views along the shoreline.

St. Patrick's Day Weekend Celebrations

North Wildwood St. Patrick's Day Celebration & Parade

The festivities began this morning with Catholic Mass at St. Ann Church at 10:00 am, followed by the official ceremony at North Wildwood City Hall at noon. The parade is marching north on Atlantic Avenue to Olde NJ Avenue, showcasing the VFW Color Guard, Irish Pipe Brigade, and local school bands.

St. Paddy's Day Plunge & 5K

Brave souls gathered at 411 Beach Ave in Cape May at 11:00 am for a refreshing combination of exercise and adventure. Participants first enjoyed a fun 5K run followed by an invigorating plunge into the Atlantic Ocean. This chilly tradition benefits the Cape May Food Closet.

MudHen Brewing Co. St. Patrick's Day Celebration

Head over to 127 W Rio Grande Ave in Wildwood for some authentic Irish entertainment. Today's lineup features the Kilted Rogues from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, followed by the Parnell Irish Band from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Enjoy special food and drink offerings while tapping your feet to traditional Irish tunes.

Anglesea Pub St. Patrick's Weekend

Experience "Ireland's corner pub in your backyard" at 116 W 1st Ave in North Wildwood. They're celebrating all weekend with live entertainment and an authentic Irish pub atmosphere that will transport you straight to the Emerald Isle.

Erin Express Trolley Tour

For those looking to sample the nightlife, the Erin Express Trolley Tour kicks off at 7:00 pm tonight. This festive trolley will transport revelers to various bars and nightspots throughout North Wildwood and Wildwood. Wristbands are available for purchase at participating venues.
